Carter Reign
Carter [he/him] is a 12-year Colorado resident with a knack for problem-solving and a propensity for entrepreneurial ventures. He founded a coaching company, Sidecar Solutions, in 2017. He has worked with people from all walks of life to tame their dragons and leverage their power worldwide. He resides in Westminster with his wife, two dogs, and 37 houseplants. Carter volunteers with 1 Million Cups and is very involved in the RiNo community.
Samantha Derosier
Samantha is the founder and lead consultant of Sword and Spark, a marketing connection company seeking to change how small businesses approach and overcome their marketing challenges. In addition to operating her own marketing company, Samantha is a partner of The Ethos - a business serving the creative community of Pueblo. She and her business partners have been working to revitalize a 100-year-old building into artist studio space rentals, a zero-proof (sober) bar, an event hall, and a host to various art classes that encourage participants to “make bad art.”
Zechariah Schaefer, CFP®
Zechariah Schaefer, CFP®, founded Ascent, a wealth management & tax firm helping Founders & Tech Pros reduce taxes, build wealth intentionally, & invest wisely. After relocating to Denver in '22, he dove headfirst into the startup community. Due to his firm's unique Gen Z & Millennial niche & his 10,000+ social media following, Zechariah's been featured in CNBC, Forbes, Investopedia, & more. In his personal life, Zechariah is passionate about exploring the outdoors, discovering coffee shops, & connecting with others at his church.
